all sessions that are booked are chargeable and no cancellations are accepted

Conditions:

If you are in receipt of the childcare element of Tax Credits, you must show us page two of your award notice. This is to verify the amount you are claiming against this business and your tax credit account manager will ask us to verify this I writing to them to prevent fraudulent claims.

Manager – tick to confirm the amount has been verified -

Any additional time off/holidays taken by your child out with your contracted times will be based on full fees.

If you child is sick, or you decide to keep them at home or take holidays out with your contracted times, full fees apply.

If you need to break your contract for a period of time and wish to retain the space, then a retainer will be charged at half your normal payment each month until services resumes.

After contract is terminated, tax credits will be notified that you are no longer using this service.

4 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT BY EITHER PARTY.

Payments:

The cost of your childcare service is based . per week/month. This fee also includes drop off/pick up to/from school, snacks and activities. Additional payment may be needed for some summer outings, however notice will be given on this nearer the time,

CHILDCARE  VOUCHERS ARE EXCEPTED AS PAYEMNT/PART PAYMENT

Contracts will be reviewed yearly every January. Service reserves the right to increase fees at this time.

No additional charge will be made for transport too and from school.

Data Protection: - In order for CASC to provide a professional care service and meet statutory requirements, it is necessary for us to record and collect information about children and families. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office as a data controller, any personal information will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You will be given a copy of our Privacy Notice explaining how we store and share personal data we obtain.
